Yes, but looking at Suzukawa's video I think it just might be... I could be wrong, of course, but was there such a long car before?
And could it pass the red pillars loaded with cars on upper platform?

Well that certainly looks different. As far as it being the longest, just by the pictures I would say yes as up until now I think the Plarail Schnable cars and the carrier cars that came with the Hyper Guardian Cargo Liner were the longest as far as my brain can come up with. Both of those also have articulating front and rear trucks. But I believe that the lead engine for the Hyper Guardian Series - Transport Liner is the longest of all.

I went on the hobby search website, they are still not taking orders for S-34 train argh.

RE: Plarail TOMY Thomas NEW RELEASES - Super - 01-23-2020

Some questions answered in this new video of the just released S-34 Transport Train but not the main one.

Auto Carrier is not metal - Plastic (good)
EF65 Engine does have a flip up front hook.
Looks to track pretty well around the curves for something so long.

Main question but its obvious that since a EF65 has only about a quarter inch clearance under a standard riser that a loaded car carrier will not fit.

Not thrilled with:

what the articulated trucks look like as they are axle-less and don't look easy to take apart, if at all, to replace couplings. I am anxious to get mine to look closer.

the included cars which look like a waste and not an up grade from originals. Since the EF65 has a place for a Plakid I would have rather had them include a unique engineer than these plastic, hollow cars which I am sure will be easily lost by the children,

On a separate note...I have always wondered why the Plarail EF engines had the screw on battery covers on the chassis.

@Super .. The N700S set is using new A,B curve slop and not only visual changed but material also changed. In previous (other set) curve slope tracks are using hard material (ABS) but for this set they use soft material (PP) as same as normal curve rail & straight rail.

RE: Plarail TOMY Thomas NEW RELEASES - Super - 01-23-2020

Oh, so they are real. Thank you very much for the information Mod. So the A-B sloped curve rails don't have open ties but are made a bit different with a few faux ties right?

There is a video from Tomy here.

I wonder when we'll get all of our March releases?

I've seen the S-34 on ebay.co.uk and ebay.com (sold from merchants in China). Not sure if the prices are competitive though. Here's one with free shipping:
