It then goes on to list four possible reasons, none of which are applicable. I just assumed that it was an admin function to which I do not have access.

Yep...thanks Rock that exactly the problem!!
I'm through messing with it, the file compresses but won't load...Can't delete the thread either so I'm frustratedly disgusted and don't even care..
The display talks and shows talking Rosie, Mavis, Whiff, and D10 as examples.
