Anyone recognize what train this is in the following Video? The screen cap was taken at the 0:58 minute mark but the train comes in and out of the entire video.

Thanks for looking into it Dr Chris. At first I thought it might be that Chinese KLM (I think thats what its called) but I am not so sure.

The real train is the STAR21 Shinkansen (Class 952 and Class 953 train).

The model shown is a Custom Plarail I believe as there is no official Plarail product of a STAR21.

Unfortunately my contact doesn't know a lot of English.  This is his response and I will try my best to translate it to English.

952形/953形新幹線，屬JR東日本於1992年製造的高速實驗車輛，定名「Star 21」

952/953 New Line.  It was built in 1992 by JR as a testing train called Star 21.

Sounds like it was a test for high speed trains maybe.

Yes, high speed rail experimental train built in 1992.

The driving cars and some intermediate trailer cars are preserved.
