Hi Bob,
I just want to say thank you on behalf of all Mini collectors here at BPT for offering to help add this even-special Mini engine to their collection.
While I am glad at least some people were able to get this, I am sincerely hoping that they release this at some point as part of special pack to general public like the way they did with Birthday Special Thomas.

Interesting image from Japanese website. 2019 Wave 4 release has a ‘Skunk’ Thomas in place of the Caramel Corn Thomas that is currently out.

Found this item at Dollarrama (In other words a dollar store chain in Canada). They also have the identical item except it comes with Thomas for obvious reason. It doesn't seem to be a knockoff given Dollarrama is a huge chain. If I remember correctly Dollarrama owns Dollar General in the United States. I am not into mini so I didn't buy it. Keep an eye out if you live in Canada I guess and possibly in the United States if you are into mini.

I didn't check the price. I think it is retailing at $3 Cdn dollars. Can't expect much for a $3 toy.
