I've seen the blind bags in some Mississauga, ONT Dollarama stores at $2 each. Only noticed 1st and 2nd waves but your local store may have a different selection.

I've seen some of the wave 1 of 2016 in Dollarama in Simcoe, ON. Picked up Spooky Edward and Classic Stanley so far.

yes, they do. 1 - 19, with 11 non-repeats. youll have to go back through the thread for the numbers that are new characters.

Walmart.ca has the Thomas mini advent calendar on sale for 8$ for anyone interested. I picked one up for that price!
