Hello Bob, its indeed not normal to for any Plarail tracks that are meant to be flat to have a bend like that. Atleast I havent seen anything like that especially if its new. Cheers

Very interesting set, havent seen that one yet. Yes, Mr. Motorman uses RF signals instead of IR but I guess I just got a wrong feeling of the controllers.
