I do think that Monty and Alfie are equal in terms of rarity. Alfies occasionally pop up for sale but Montys: almost never. While there are quite a bit more Montys than Alfies, Alfie is more accesible...

I am not sure if FP would find it profitable to make Latvian engines. I know rarity is mostly based on quantity, but obtainability is also a factor that determines rarity
