I believe these aren't even the worst of them. Leokimvideo's done videos covering others, such as knockoff James/Diesels, and I believe there's a range of scaled-up vehicles with flashing lights too, like six-wheeled Harvey, D-10,and Elizabeth.
I'm just surprised I haven't seen these more often...
