Nothing startling here, but the beginnings of my collection. Acquired in the last few months mostly from Japan via Amazon.



And here's the beginning of the layout to run them on. More track on order to complete the far end. Hard to get the trains to run up the incline at first (and I've seen that other people complain of that) but a light sandpapering of the tops of the rails fixed the problem completely.

Quite a nice start there, you have some of the harder to get bullet trains and one of my favourites the cargo train. I hear what you're saying about the slope, is it a standard plarail slope or the specific advance one? I'm not quite sure what the difference is, there may be none apart from a cost difference, I'll have to check them out and see if I can tell the difference.
