How To Replace a Split/Stripped Axle Gear

Well still looking for the 4mm. I found this listing:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/231240221828?_tr...EBIDX%3AIT
Which when I asked the seller they said the thickness is 4.55mm. Since I do not have a set of calipers, going to get a pair this weekend. I did the penny trick. A penny is supposed to be 1mm thick. So in measuring this way it seems the smaller gear, the one I need is 3 pennies thick. The larger gear is around 4 pennies thick. I don't get it. I know this is not exact, but I can't seem to find the right ones. I was thinking about trying the ones above, but fear they may be the same as the ones I already received that are too big.

Anyone have any good leads on the smaller size? Again this would be for the TnA range of drive cogs. But these seem to fit several of the Plarail/Tomy japaneese style engines too.
