I don't think it was ever realistic to begin with.

Does anyone know when and where the new Mike and Ryan be available. Will they be an exclusive to somewhere or everywhere? I had heard may 2015 in the U.S., but have not seen them yet. Thanks.
They are not out yet, first signs will be when it appears on ebay or on some youtuber's channels
They are all out in the UK . Selling well as I appear to be the only store with stock .
Must be out in Australia as this seller has the new Fearless Freddie, Treasure Thomas and Ryan

Yes Bev got them yesterday. Not in US yet as I am already getting orders from there for them.
Just ordered Ryan for US$27 shipped Thanks Super! I actually messaged that seller yesterday morning as I was beaten through checkout by another buyer on the last one haha.
Bev at Sydney Toy Shop is excellent for new releases. My supplier of choice in Oz .

Taking a look at that Railway Builder Bucket makes me contemplate purchasing one just to give the line a true, fair shot in my reviewing books before giving a genuine review of each TOMY/TrackMaster/TrackMaster Revolution line its own video to let the public come to its own conclusions.

I might even go to some more professional YouTubers (Ucwepn, leokimvideo) and ask for permission to use their footage and receive their personal opinions to get a general standpoint, as it's not really fair with the U.S.A. seemingly paying far cheaper prices (I mentioned this in a thread somewhere regarding pricing during the "Tale of the Brave" merchandising for TM Revolution; certainly cheaper than $34.95 Aus.) and getting a somewhat one-sided opinion since my audience is global.
