Yes KumaChan...as we here in Humboldt Co. consider ourselves true NorCal, and everything below Ukiah including SF as Central California !!
It truly would be appropriate to finally divide the state into 1/3rds
I have always wanted to live in the state if Jefferson with Redding as our state capital!
