Disney Dream Railway - Winnie the Pooh

A quick video of the Disney Dream Railway - Winnie the Pooh Honey Cargo Locomotive.

We bought all 4 in this series and I'll update this thread as I finish the other videos.

This is a neat little train. It might not be everyones taste but I like the character type of trains as collectables because they are so different. It has a features that the cargo wobbles as the train moves along.

Hope you enjoy.

Thanks Toys_Trains-Things

Even though we no longer play with with trains from this age group if we did I would be all over this Pooh train. Like you say it is different and it looks to be very well built, solid to take the abuse that a toddler might give it. I assume that most of the noise (and thats not a lot) comes from the Honey cargo trucks plus the fact that the Trackmaster tracks are hollow and have bumps. Would be interested to know how just the engine sounds on the blue Tomy track. Speaking of the engine, is that a new Tomy Flat drive to compete with the Trackmaster ones? It looks to be bulkier than the Trackmaster but if its made by Tomy I can't wait to learn more about them and to get my hands on one of them to test out. I wonder if Tomy is going to incorporate this type drive in all their newer releases. Many thanks for posting the video and look forward to the unboxing of the others.

BTW It looks like you have a budding video star there, Getting ready for a career in infomercials and making a fortune.

really like the looks of all 4... tempting, tempting...
my website address has changed: https://sunscollections.weebly.com/
they are very nice trains if you can get them a a fair price I recommend picking them up I have a feeling they will be very sought after in the future!
Great videos Toys_Trains-Things

I always get a good feeling when seeing the youngsters with these toys as it takes me back to when I was young and looking at something amazing....Good Times!

I got a kick out of Donald Butt (last car) waddles like a ducks butt. Nice touch by Plarail. My favorite of the 4 is the Mickey Mouse Magical Express Shinkansen. I like how the Mickey emblems are incorporated into the windows and windshield. Just looks like it could be a real train...is it?

Do both the Donald and Mickey Shinkansen's have the typical 2 speed motors that are in all the other Tomy/Plarail Shinkansen's?

to answer your first question no The Mickey Shinkansen is not a real train although I agree the way this toy was designed it definitely looks like it could be an actual train (great job Tomy)!

And to answer your second question yes the 2 Shinkansen Donald and Mickey have 2 speed motors just as all Tomy shinkansen do, I think the "Frilly Ass" feature on Donald is a bit spastic when in Hi-Speed but otherwise I like the look of the Donald train!
Thanks Gerisplarail1

What do you think of what looks to be a new Tomy Flat Drive in Winnie the Pooh? Or has this drive been used before?
The Drive in the Winnie the Pooh is new to me I haven't seen it in any other Plarail I have encountered, (but there are so many Plarail trains it could have been used before). any way So far I love it, it runs very nicely and if I wasnt afraid of ruining the train I would like to see inside at how it works!
