it looks too good to be a fake. it wouldnt be moulded anywhere except maybe the face, and the paint would be messy. i also think it had candy inside at one point.
im not entirely sure if stuff like that always license information on the item, or just on the box, if it had one. i know we get small tin buckets at easter with assorted licences on them, and im certain theres almost no information other than the cardboard tag which usually gets chucked out.
