Gordon Question?

7 Replies, 6597 Views

I have just found that my Edward, Henry and James I have that were made by Mattel from 2009 to 2012 have the motor and battery in the Engine, which means that the Tender is just another wagon.
I know that once they changed to the revolution line(spikey wheel engines) in 2013 they are all like this.
My question is did they create a Gordon like that?
Picture is example of James with rubber wheels and sperate tender.

Thanks to you all. I didn't think so, but thought I should ask to experts. Seems strange to do Edward, Henry and James, but not Gordon.
