I got this one in Japanese from a youtuber but when it stops on a green track the puffing and theme works but the wheels get stuck?

my educated guess is something is loose inside the Thomas. I don't recommend you to open it up to inspect. Perhaps some experts here can shred some lights on this problem.
What do you mean by the "wheels get stuck"? Can you still hear the motor spinning but the wheels aren't turning or nothing is heard at all? We do have a couple of experts here at BPT's on the Talk N Actions, hopefully one of them can see this and chime in.

BTW:...welcome to BluePlasticTracks Mottivvlogs.

It sounds like it could be a cracked gear.  This is a very common issue with these trains.  Or it may be something with the motor but I suspect the gear is shot.  Thanks
From what I understand, he does manage to move but gets stuck when he reaches a trigger section. Is that correct?

In Leokimvideo's 15th Thomas Collection video, he found a complete Talk 'n' Action set with a Thomas that got stuck when he was on the ground. Ucwepn said there was a cracked gear on the driving axle. Yours might have another problem.
Ok so when it stops on the activation track the Thomas does what it’s supposed to do but the wheels don’t move and the motor stops but the theme still plays

Ridley ok so I’ll post a video on YouTube what it does check out mottiv vlogs on my YouTube channel

Mottiv,
I posted a couple comments to your YouTube videos. It may be the same think Mike is thinking too, but to me this is an issue with the batteries. You can tell from the sound. It starts ok then breaks up and starts to fade. This is typically a sure sign that the batteries are weak and about dead. Do not use the cheap ones, get new Duracell or Energizer that are known to last. Hope this helps.
