World's best LEGO Train Garden Railway in Switzerland!
Are these really Lego's??? Or just made to look like Legos as some of the coaches look too smooth to be made out of blocks

Yes, those are actually lego bricks. There's no possible way it couldn't be, faking the look would take more effort than actually doing it. I'm surprised they it sticks to using the traditional lego laugh instead of something larger.

There are several strategies to building smooth sided coaches, usually using flat tile pieces vertically. I've seen dozens of builds created with smooth sides,

Do you also think that some or all of the structures are made from Lego Blocks or just made to look like blocks like this arched bridge?

Also, the curved track sections are most likely BrickTracks because LEGO themselves use a much tighter radius. If they used Flexi-track or curves-with-straights, it would've been noticeable and not as smooth looking.

I didn't know that there is an aftermarket maker out there that sells the track in different radius like that. Seeing them side by side in the Links picture is very telling and would sure help in a Layout design and they offer many different curvatures too. Thanks Da-lag

I agree with the others, the rolling stock is definitely lego and some models can look that smooth if you do it right, there are a lot of specialised bricks out there now so its possible to do pretty much anything. The bridge is also lego, you can see on the part built one the inner structure and the technic components being used to hold it together etc...

Incredible layout Smile
