Plarail Releases by Month, 2003-2012
Plarail releases by month from 2013 to the present are accessible on the current TakaraTomy website, at: This always defaults to the current month, but there's a drop-down menu from which the other months are selectable, starting with February 2013.

The 'picture' of the Japanese writing is the text you need to look for to find the drop-down menu (towards the top right, under the two header sections) which then provides access to the monthly releases as Chris says.

However, I can't get the 2003-12 one to work. It just redirects to the same page as the first link.
Thanks Dave
