I'm not sure if you've seen it yet, but I've found this fairly well made custom Annie/Clarabel there as well: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2835189

Because the body was taken from the agep model, it's basically better than the real TOMY/TrackMaster versions. For instance, the nose and facial features are moulded instead of being stickers and the wheel spacing is more accurate. It even looks to be just a tiny bit shorter than Thomas (in height) like they should be.
Annie and Clarabel look really cleverly designed and they look great! Thanks for sharing the link.
Modeling the LNER (and some Thomas stuff) in OO Scale.
