A few of you might already know that i recently purchased a trackmaster Monty! i already have a max so i can have a complete collection of dump trucks  Smile . but i noticed he had a few scratches on his windows. does anyone know how to either remove them or paint them over, or is it not worth it? thanks. here is an image that the seller posted.

i say just leave it.  it will be really difficult to find the exact shade of white to fix it (unless you want to repaint the entire window section).  Given the size of the window, you will need to be very precise.

that sounds good! I think I will leave it... I don't want to get into any situations for repainting a rare item. Smile

What I might do....If its marks and not scratches and there are no stickers or decals on Monty...I would let him soak in a warm (not hot) water container with some dish soap for 10 minutes or so. While he is in the bath and wet use a soft nail brush or soft toothbrush and see it those marks come off. Its good because it also cleans out all the nooks and crannies of dust and dirt with an all over light brushing. Don't be too aggressive with the brushing as you don't want to brush away any paint..
