Clear Brown Annie is very rare and may be difficult to find, however the clear blue clarabel should be easy to attain

Possibly people are becoming more aware of what they are and are listing them more, or we are getting better at spotting them, or the children who were the original recipients have now phased out of Thomas (It's been five years already... scary) and thus there are more available to be sold
