I thought that Mini's were made by Trackmaster and was looking for that word. I do see the trademark for 2017 Gullane Limited on the back though. I am curious as to why they made this card with the "(Not For Sale)" on the back.

If you put the link in the Wayback Machine and go back to 2016–2018, it takes you to the original Japanese site. I wasn’t able to find anything more about the not-for-sale aspect, though.
