What's this non-Plarail 'Shinkansen'?

Any ideas?  No maker or country marks of any kind.

Well I can answer my own question. It's Daiso Super Express, which came up before in another thread.

This train is what they call Type 1 (タイプ 1).

The four cars (front, powered coach, non-powered coach, rear) were sold as separate items.  Daiso is a 100Yen store, the equivalent of a dollar store or pound shop.

It's such a shame that the pictures from your original Daiso Petit post have all disappeared.
