These seem very odd... the CHY9 & CHY10 name designations, multi-lingual packaging, location of distribution, and as a Target exclusive, makes me feels like these weren't intended for, or headed to, the shelves of our small town local California Target anytime soon!!

Very nice Muddy and the large 3 piece packaging too! I see these have the Steeper, Faster yellow emblem on them, I thought they did away with that or are these an older Revolution release? Who is that your son is holding up in your Avatar...Rusty?

Thanks Super.. Yes that's another anomaly!! They're strange..the box is plastered with "warning" labels too..I had never heard of their upcoming releases either??? New older stock or old new stock?? Idk but they don't fit in with the current releases. It seems like they may have been held back while Walmart's exclusive LBSC Thomas & Glynn were being released as they are most similar to that packaging..whatever the mystery were just really happy to have added themSmile
Also, That's Tully holding up Ferdinand the Logging Loco back when he was first releasedSmile

Great score.. Target finally has these listed on their site now, but they are listed as only available in store. The are listed on price cut for $14 too. I am going to look again this weekend as they did not have them last time, despite the site saying they are in stock at my store.

The "wild water rescue" movie is available too. Thanks

Well that's my issue with the distribution...
They can't be bought on line, so after checking the store shelves everyday for them to arrive the gas bill quickly begins to place and overall cost on them that is much higher than $14!!...
I must have spent $100 in gas searching for a month for Freddie, Ryan, Mike, and Treasure Thomas alone!!
When the time and gas spent are equaled into the equation spending $30.00 on eBay seems to be an even trade.

Yep, I completely get it. It would be really nice, when they announce the release and post them online that they actually have them in stock and ready to go.
@Muddy Poppins

I know that pain of searching again and again and again for the newbies to the collections; funny thing is, when I went to a local Toys'R'Us, they had Freddie and Gator on the shelves, but the main frame system (district system for the area where I live) had nothing about Mike, Ryan, or Treasure Thomas. Nothing on "Sodor's Legend of the Lost Treasure" whatsoever.

Here is my Target experience:
For over a month all that was left on our shelves were 5 Gordons. ( I drove there every morning and checked except Wednesdays and Sundays, as they do not receive inventory or re-stock on those days)...
Finally last week they were restocked with 6 Thomas, 6 Percys 4 Emilys, 4 James, a couple of Edwards, Henrys, and Victors, AND 3 Tobys.
WOW REALLY?!?! Thanks Fisher Price for kicking down the 3 Tobys to a city of 40,000!! So, now the shelf is stocked to last another month!!
Treasure, Mike and Ryan will all be old releases when and IF they are ever to grace our local store by then... Very lame indeed.

I found the rescue Thomas and diesel today at target. I picked up the Thomas for now. Just wanted to mention, if you are looking and do not see them, look on the end caps. They had none with the other Thomas's and then had and encap full of them. Also the new Harold set and Treasure Chase set.
