Talk 'n' Action engines voiced by Michael Angelis, George Carlin and Alec Baldwin?

The TrackMaster Wikia says these TV Series narrators voiced the Talk 'n' Action engines, but I don't suppose they did, since they sound nothing like them.

And if they did actually voice them, then when? I'd like to know.

YES me too!!! Great avenue of discovery!! Ucwepn and I discussed the supposed mythical T'nA English speaking version of D10, but the lack of credited voicing, and what voice would have been used(Standard Brittish or crazy Ameican Magic Railroad) lead me to doubt it's existence...very interested to hear all you know!!
