Rare - Tomy - Disney Magical Parade Train Part 1

That’s a really impressive set! The locomotive seems especially nicely detailed and all the extras like the figures and structures are a great bonus.

And now, the “Choo Choo Express” song from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is stuck in my head!

That music that the Magical Parade Train is playing is the original Mickey Mouse Club March.

Whats neat about this engine is that the music is separate and can be turned on & off. What is also cool is that the whole boiler removes for getting to the battery and all the music fixings is within it including 2 coin batteries so you can actually just carry around the boiler and play the march.

Oh yeah, the early TV version of the Mickey Mouse Club was shown in reruns when I was a kid.

Choo Choo Express was the theme song to a special episode of the same name from the animated Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. My kids watched it over and over and over again when they were little. It would be in regular rotation by this time of year because it has a snow theme and (SPOILER) Santa makes an appearance.

Not the same train but any time I see a Mickey Mouse themed train, that darn song starts playing in my head!

Those are both good looking trains! I’m hoping that the monorails eventually return as general releases.

I don't think I have ever seen any Tokyo Disneyland Exclusives being sold as general releases outside of the park but I could be wrong.. Of course there are plenty of Disney related items that were originally released to the general public outside the park.

You can't get how big they are in a video and thats why I had being pulled by a regular sized Disney Western River Railway engine to see how big they actually are.

These were all new in the box but I had to disassemble and lubricate each ones moving parts as they had squeaks that were so annoying in my first attempt of recording and had to do it all over again. My guess is that because these floats are older that they just dried up in storage, unless they intended for they to have an annoying squeak.

Each Float originally came with one character that the float represented but in the pictures of the floats combined with all the other sets showed additional related characters on the side platforms (look like baskets), I have won those characters, and more, which should arrive today.
