Nice work Nigels. I really like your window glazing. Gives it a more real look rather than a toy.

I think so too and it is dead easy to do, all you need is some semi-flexible clear plastic such as many things use as 'blister' packaging and a bit of glue. I'd always intended to do this to some plarail models, in fact I did do exactly this to a Thomas Annie or Claribel (can't remember which) as well as some detailing. I always intended to post pics, but was waiting until I'd completed the other one, but like a lot of my projects it was put on hold for something else and I've not re-visited it yet Big Grin

I agree, this is the way to go for the Windows. This is just want I did for the Christmas coaches I did. I used some matte finish tape but there are likely other ways to give it a "frosted" look of needed. Nice job Nigel.

Thanks Nigel. I think these may be a bit different. Close but would likely take some customizing. I had seen some nickel played tin strips that I was thinking of getting to try and make my own but haven't tried yet. Big Grin

Here's a pic of the parts removed from the two I stripped down;

I may send you some anyway, they are the right thickness and width I reckon, you may just have to re-bend them a bit or something Smile

Yup if it wasn't for the shipping I would have fell off my seat at that price, but even with shipping it was still a great deal Smile
