One of the advantages of From Japan is you can go to sites like Amazon and buy things on pre-order then they will purchase it for you and when it arrives you just ship or bundle it with your next shipment.

Works quite well, they will let you purchase from most big online retailers and although I think it would be expensive if you really want it they will even physically go to a store to get you something if you want it that badly Big Grin

my website address has changed: https://sunscollections.weebly.com/
Check Amazon.co.jp first, if they got it you may be able to pre-order it from them through FJ Smile

Grrr.. Big Grin You guys talked me into the Eva type 500. I found it on eBay so I snagged it. I believe the seller has one more. Listed at $35.50 and free shipping.

BTW. I agree with Nigel, FromJapan is very cool. I have not purchased anything other than from the auction sites, but they are very quick and have great customer service from what I have been through thus far.

Just realized that the Shinkalion robots also uses the same style boxes.

So it has been out for a while.

I know.. I know.. I was holding firm, not going to buy, and then, BAM, shows up on eBay, and I clicked buy it now. Big Grin. It looks like it will be a very nice item, so all is good.

Suzukawa takes a look at the new Series 500 Eva. At about the 6:38 minute mark. To me the train looks more rounded than the other Type 500 trains even more than the new Plarail version. Wonder if the interior is specially done up too or its a basic color scheme of all the 500 Series trains.

Super, the EVA 500 has a special interior including a replica of the Entry Plug seats used to pilot the robots in the show.
