Looks like a new action wagon McDonalds giveaway vehicle is starting to show up. Looks exactly like the hamburger wagon given away with happy meals at McDonalds Japan some time ago except this looks to be a breakfast burger or just a new menu item with an egg on a hamburger. It does have the face of the Plarail Kid on the top of the bun.

They are also about to release more of the happy meal plarail trains. I'm quite fond of them as most of them have pullback motors.
