Thomas with Snow Plow? Anyone seen this one?

I saw this one while browsing today. I know of Snow Plow Thomas's and I know the car that is in this set is actually in another set too, but I have not seen this one before.

Yes it's an exclusive from Thomas Land or Thomas Town amusement park....but I can't remember which.

Funny, I had the same question in my head when I saw this listing this morning.

It is the same as their exclusive issuing of Patchwork Hiro, and also the reissuing of Percy's Chocolate Crunch...together the 3 make a set.
