Leyland Victory 2 collection

Origins of Rolling Stock is a great addition to your Web pages Leyland. It will be nice to be able to look up just the Rolling Stock to find info on them rather than trying to search the Internet for engines in hopes of finding which sets they may have come in. Will this be fore just Thomas related Stock or for all?

This is just a new section to your already huge collection of pictures on your existing Web Site right?. I recommend all who love these trains to browse around your site as it is very interesting.

This is part of a cake topper, it comes with a matching Thomas.  I see the car at thrift stores often, but only recently found the Thomas.

Looks like someone is selling them on eBay https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Thomas-the-...2284237261
I have a website where I have been writing about and photographing many of the sets and pieces that I find interesting.

I've been trying to spend less time looking at auctions and more time reading threads here instead lol... was rereading this thread and recognized the car from when I also had no idea where it was from

thank you for the tip.  Right now I have Tuesday and Wednesday off from work.  Maybe I will work on the pages.  Right now, I am focusing on the trackmaster 2 rolling stocks since there are way fewer than the trackmaster 1

After I had success with installing a snow plow on Trackmaster 2 Percy, I decided to test it out on a Tender Engine.  I choose Edward because Edward is my second favourite character from the original series.

I took this and saw off the buffer.  I guess I did a lousy job cutting them off as the plow couldn't say on after using crazy glue.  So I had to use a sand paper to completely to send off the front end to create a level surface.

I tested on the curve station and it cleared the station without any problem.  The joy of trackmaster 2 engines are that tender engines (front portion) and tank engines are the same length.

I have an Trackmaster 2 Gordon sitting somewhere in the storage unit.  I have one blue plow left so hopefully I will be able to find one soon.

I got this bizarre looking rolling stock from a lot I got on ebay.  It turns out to be a knockoff.  It doesn't have the female coupling on the other end.  I tested it on the double curve.  The extra flaps create a clearance issue should there be a training running beside it.

Nice looking snow plow for Edward as he never had one in the series or in a toy right? Where is the plow from, Plarail, Trackmaster?

Are you sure that red wagon is a knockoff, looks like one that would pass by and operate some gimmick in a set.

I don't think that's a knockoff, it looks like the one from the "King of the Railway" sets. If I remember right, I think a review said it doesn't have a rear coupling.

Trackmaster (most likely). The ebay listing was selling the snow plow and no engine.  My gut feeling the plow came off a snow plow thomas.  It has the same design configuration as Trackmaster snowplow Henry.

At first I thought it belongs to Plarail.  I checked the information on the bottom of the chassis.  It only said, "Made in China." nothing else.  No serial number or what so ever.  The sidewall are way higher than Tomy/trackmaster open top trucks.  I should do a video on this rolling stock.  I just put it away in a box.  Now I have to dig it haha.

Leyland, I think I found your truck. You need to scroll through all of the pictures to see it clearly, though.
