Shipping woes

We are having speedy deliveries as local people in Japan now. Sagawa Express and Kuroneko Yamato are delivering parcels to our laboratory and junkyard within 3-4 days.

Japamart still only ships to the US via the slow, 2 month method although that is due to the Japan Post not shipping EMS to the US but that is also due in part to the US Postal System not accepting EMS packaging. I find this odd unless they figure that the slow motion pace is a form of quarantining the packages, I don't know.

Thanks Super...
I really don’t think that it will do any good, but it is a matter of principle at this point.
I have always understood the Japanese to be raised on high moral principles, so I have been very disappointed with some of these responses that shift blame, and skirt answers, accountability, and responsibility.
They are a business that makes A LOT of money as a middle man, that 99% of the time ALWAYS comes out ahead...but every once in a while, life throws a curve ball, and losses are incurred. It’s just part of business, and part of doing GOOD business is being prepared for these times, and being dedicated to upholding good business standards that maintain and ensure the integrity of your reputation.

Lets get this straight, Japan Post is storing items that are going to be shipped to EU/USA countries longer than the items shipped to Asian countries. The priority of shipment is Asia, then other countries further than Asia in increasing order. Of course, flights from Japan to other continents are short or delayed. I did tell you that an item to reach Singapore and Malaysia takes more than a month, you living in EU/USA continents can estimate your parcel to be delivered a month later than that. I'm not surprised why they decided to send back the parcel to Jauce, so that they allow you to use a faster shipping method and not bearing the irresponsibility of holding your items at their sorting centre/warehouse. I have been using Zenmarket to deliver parcels to friends outside Japan who require my assistance in bidding, so there are times where my parcel gets stuck in Japan Post for a month before reaching the aeroplane (but never was returned to Zenmarket).

Side note: I overload my shipments on Japan Post, around 25 shipments now so I contribute a reasonably large quota in their warehouse/sorting centre. Some have been there for 3 weeks already and 5 friends are still waiting patiently outside Japan. So I'm partly to blame for your slow shipments. Sorry about that, it cannot be helped when my friends all want a cheaper shipment method. Haha.

Side note 2: I did test a FEDEX shipment and it delivered from Japan to Malaysia in less than 1 day. So you might want to stick with courier from now. Probably you get your parcel in 2-4 days.

This is a sample shipment of Japan Post (EMS) my friend in Malaysia once waited for. Hopefully you will be patient as him.

More later...
@Vio I think you may have misread theses...
No one has re-shipped or returned it anywhere since it was received in Osaka 4/19, and it still remains at JspanPost.

Wow, what a saga, Muddy!

I had one outstanding preorder (not Plarail) at HLJ that I decided I didn’t want to deal with at this time. The system allowed me to cancel it.

I’ve decided that I probably won’t purchase or preorder anything from Japan for the foreseeable future. The shipping situation is the primary reason but life in general has taken the enthusiasm out my hobbies the past few months.

I hope that those of you dealing with long transit times and packages stuck in the system get a positive resolution.
