A little fun guessing game...I am going to make a Custom Piece for a Layout and I thought that I would Post every change to see who will guess what it may become. Might last a while but then again someone might guess right off the bat.

The item has to do with that black thing, disregard the Red Thunder engine as its there only for size.

My first thought was the top of a regular water tower (as opposed to the Earffel Tower replica). After your second answer, it would only make more sense.
